The subtle art of letting go is an old custom who allow leaders to trust more their employees and by so being a better leader. Boss are never liked inside a company from any level. Being a leader is different, it only true trusted boss can become leaders. In order to let go your job and let others take more responsibility is a matter of trust. Trust is never easy, like letting go, it require full knowledge of the persons you are working with and to know they are worthy of your trust you need to know if they are worthy of more responsibility. Responsibility doesn’t always mean freedom but if you don’t trust your employees about doing their job right how can they trust you as their leader?
